Because of the special reasons of casting, some testing properties of materials can not directly reflect their quality, which brings great difficulties to foundry professionals. Especially in some small and medium-sized enterprises, there is a shortage of professionals, so it is hoped that material suppliers should not only ensure the provision of qualified materials, but also provide some related technical support. Like American Coal Mine, Red Volcano and other manufacturers, they regularly provide necessary services while selling materials, and hold some related professional knowledge lectures from time to time, which not only enlarges their sales volume, but also improves the production level of foundry manufacturers. Thirdly, foundry is a very wide-ranging industry, in addition to sand, iron main materials, other materials are mostly used in relatively small amounts. For general foundry enterprises, it is very difficult to purchase these materials. It is hoped that more foundry materials supermarkets will be produced in order to reduce the procurement cost of enterprises and improve the technological reliability of foundry manufacturers. Only by doing well in these two aspects can we promote the better development of China's foundry industry.
